As part of the Product and Marketing Team, the Strategic Marketing Manager takes an active role in designing Intersec strategy in terms of positioning, value proposition and assessment of new business opportunities.


  • Consolidation of current and future corporate position

  • Assessment of new market opportunities

  • Active monitoring of the competitive environment in terms of technologies, players and regulation

  • Participation to Company reputation, through analysts


  • Stimulates internal contribution to the company strategy and global positioning

  • Translates these visions into “appealing” documentation (presentations, website…) and may represent the company during events speaking slots when necessary

  • Studies market opportunities (new products, new vertical, new business model) through direct contacts with main players, polls, directgian and indirect sources, in order to build a consistent business plan, go to market and convincing value proposition.

  • Monitors market evolutions in terms of strategic moves, technological trends, regulation shifts, in order to raise alerts and keep the company updated on its environment.

  • Builds and manages the relationship with analysts on the relevant verticals, in order to position Intersec as a relevant and visible player in their radar and publications

Education, Experience & skills

Minimum 5 year experience in Strategic assessment (consultancy) related to software industry

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Fluent in English, French is an advantage

Academic Qualification in Technology or Business/Marketing field – BA or MSc level
